Cancellation and refund policy

This policy covers cancellations and refunds for orders placed through our website, mobile site and app.
1. How to cancel
To cancel an order or ask about a refund, contact our Customer Care team by email at legaleaglerz@gmail.com or by WhatsApp message at +91 88299 02123.
2. Journal course refunds
- Approved refunds are processed within two business days.
- The time it takes for the money to reach your account depends on the payment aggregator or gateway.
- Refund fees charged by the payment provider may apply. These are not collected by Legal Eagle and cannot be reimbursed.
3. Application fee (₹100, refunded if not selected)
- If you are not selected, your full ₹100 is refunded. You must claim it with the refund button within 15 days of the result. After that, refunds close and the amount can no longer be claimed.
- If you are selected, the ₹100 is a non-refundable registration charge. It is separate from the course fee and is not adjusted against it.
- If you raise a dispute about a payment or refund, the claim period is extended until the dispute is resolved.
4. Appointment bookings
A refund cannot be requested for an appointment once one hour has passed since it was booked.
5. Disputes
By booking an appointment or joining a course, you accept these terms. Payments are commercial transactions, and refund or payment disputes are civil matters subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh. In Shailesh Kumar Singh v. State of Uttar Pradesh, the Supreme Court observed that using criminal proceedings to recover money is an abuse of the process of law. We ask all customers to follow these guidelines.
