Terms and conditions

1. Electronic record

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it. It is generated by a computer system and does not require a physical or digital signature.

It is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require the rules and regulations, privacy policy and user agreement for access to or use of a website to be published.

2. User agreement

Your use of legaleaglerz.com, including its pages, links, tools and services (the "Website"), is governed by these terms each time you visit, use, register on or submit information to the Website. By doing so, you enter into a contract with Legal Eagle, B-30, Meghdoot Complex, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh ("Legal Eagle", "we" or "us").

"You", "Registered User", "Visitor" and "Course Holder" refer to any person or legal entity that joins or uses the Website. You accept these terms through actions such as ticking a checkbox or clicking "Continue".

We may amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are posted, so please review this page regularly. Complimentary services are offered at our discretion, are not a right and may be withdrawn without notice.

3. Eligibility

The Website may be used only by persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" under that Act are not eligible. If you register on behalf of a business, you must be authorised to do so.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your user ID and password confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate your membership if any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete. You allow us to use the information you provide as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Use of the Website

You must use the Website in accordance with applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. We do not create or modify content that users submit.

6. Payments

Electronic payments are handled by payment aggregators and gateways that we do not control, and their terms also apply to you. Gateway charges are not collected by us, are not included in our invoices and cannot be claimed from us.

7. Electronic communications and marketing

By using the Website, emailing us or otherwise contacting us, you agree to receive communications from us electronically. The email address and registration details you provide are your designated electronic contact.

We may use your contact details to send you marketing messages and offers. You can opt out at any time by following the instructions in those messages.

8. Privacy

We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you consent to that collection and use.

9. Disclaimers

The Website and our services are provided "as is", with reasonable skill and care, and without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that content on the Website or in our communications is accurate, reliable, complete or timely, or that the Website will operate without interruption. We use third-party service providers to store and process personal data and are not liable for their actions. We abide by the Constitution of India and do not act contrary to it.

10. Courses, upgrades and complimentary facilities

Our courses are based on journals published periodically on the Website, according to your package and number of cases. Our Journal Course Education System is designed to meet educational quality, safety and legal standards.

You may upgrade to a higher package by paying the price difference, where an upgrade is offered. The Pro Advanced course is offered only through our admissions process (registration, a registration fee, an application questionnaire and selection), so it cannot be bought or upgraded to directly. Downgrading to a lower package is not allowed.

Complimentary facilities, including drafting, training, workshops, personal training, court-date appointments and judgments, are provided at our discretion. We may change or withdraw them without giving reasons, and such changes cannot be challenged in any forum.

E-coupons are issued to registered users and are subject to additional terms. We may cancel coupons issued to users who breach these terms.

11. Appointment rules

For all appointments

  • Once booked, answer the call at the scheduled time and join promptly.
  • Schedule changes are posted on the Website and can be viewed with the registration number given at booking. Appointment details are available only through your registered number.
  • Appointments are for advice and discussion only. Documents are not drafted or read during an appointment.
  • Information you share is kept confidential and is not disclosed to third parties.
  • Please keep your language polite and professional. Aggressive or offensive language will not be tolerated.
  • Appointment payments are final. Disputes are governed by the Code of Civil Procedure and are subject to the Consumer Court at Raipur, Chhattisgarh. A party alleging misrepresentation must prove it.

For course holders

  • Book appointments through the form on the Website; a call follows automatically. We are not responsible for bookings cancelled automatically by the system.
  • Choose only the first available option on the form. Entering a preferred time cancels the booking.
  • Appointments are for legal advice only. Casual or general conversation will lead to cancellation.
  • Calling Rahul Sir directly without an appointment incurs a ₹500 fine and a 3-day call ban.
  • Unsolicited WhatsApp messages, calls or documents are not allowed and lead to a warning, a 7-day block and a ₹500 fine.
  • Do not call repeatedly. Wait for our call back, and call once more only if you have not heard from us within one hour. Repeated calls lead to a 7-day block and a ₹500 fine.
  • We are not responsible for network failures during an appointment. Complaints about network failures incur a ₹200 fine.
  • Booking repeated appointments on the same topic leads to a 7-day block from all services.
  • Arguing with or misbehaving towards our staff incurs a ₹500 fine, rising to ₹1,000 if it is not paid. Please use WhatsApp for work matters only.

12. Registered establishment

Legal Eagle is a trade name, registered under the Chhattisgarh Shops and Establishments Act, with GST and MSME (Udyam) registrations. It is a sole proprietorship, which is not a legal entity separate from its proprietor.

13. General

  • These terms do not create any partnership or agency between you and Legal Eagle.
  • If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
  • These terms are the entire agreement between you and Legal Eagle about the Website.
  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms.

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India.

14. Arbitration

Any dispute between you and Legal Eagle will be referred to a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration is Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
